We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist with Google Ads account oversight and invoice documentation
This remote position focuses on maintaining organized records, supporting billing accuracy, and ensuring smooth advertising account administration
This role is well-suited for someone who is structured, responsible, and comfortable handling both digital account systems and financial documentation
Key Responsibilities include supporting the administrative management of Google Ads accounts, monitoring account settings and billing configurations, tracking advertising expenses, organizing invoices, maintaining accurate documentation of payments and budgets, assisting in resolving billing discrepancies, preparing simple reports for internal review, and ensuring account records remain organized and up to date
Required Qualifications: experience with Google Ads accounts (basic to intermediate level), strong organizational and record-keeping skills, comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel, attention to detail and accuracy, good written and verbal English communication, stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications: experience in digital marketing support or advertising operations, background in administrative or financial coordination roles, ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
