Workers Compensation Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (Remote)

As a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager for Workers' Compensation at Berkley, you will assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and implement options and services to facilitate timely medical care and return-to-work outcomes for injured employees

Key duties include coordinating medical case management to facilitate case closure and comprehensive communication with employers, adjusters, and injured workers

You will be responsible for assessing appropriate utilization of medical treatment and services, reviewing and analyzing medical records, and providing recommendations to achieve case progress

The role also involves managing assigned caseloads across various jurisdictions, acquiring and maintaining necessary nursing licenses, coordinating services like home care and durable medical equipment, and meticulously documenting all activities

A current RN license is required, and a Compact Nursing License is strongly preferred

Occasional travel up to 10% may be required for on-site meetings.
