Scrum Master

Holman is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader and Agile champion, guiding one or more Agile teams to successfully deliver high-quality software products

This role is crucial for facilitating all standard Agile ceremonies, including meticulous sprint planning, engaging daily stand-ups, insightful retrospectives, and thorough iteration reviews

The Scrum Master will actively work to identify and remove impediments, negotiate effective working agreements within and outside the team, and foster a continuous improvement mindset alongside team self-organization

Furthermore, they will collaborate closely with product owners to ensure backlog items are clearly articulated and appropriately prioritized, while also providing essential training to new team members on Agile processes and best practices

Experience working with distributed or remote teams is essential.
