You will work with an exceptional team of product and engineering leaders to develop on top of a proven service-oriented architecture (GCP / Java)
We are creating exciting applications that make it easy for home owners to reduce energy waste, eliminate carbon emissions, and fully electrify
The software you create will allow Sealed to scale to millions of homes
Your north star is creating a customer experience that can design and deliver a clean home renovation project with minimum human interaction
In order to meet this challenge, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other business stakeholders to prioritize development and determine the best strategies to maximize business value
We work in an agile environment and look to you to create sprints based on business and technical infrastructure needs
Requirements 4+ years of backend software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of experience at a high-growth start-up Experience working with AWS, ideally working with VPCs, roles, DynamoDB, Lambda functions, SNS, and SQS Experience with Google Cloud Platform, ideally working with Dataflow and PubSub Knowledge of mapping AWS concepts to GCP Experience with GCP security model and networking concepts Experience with Python Nice to have Experience with Docker, both deploy and managing containers Working knowledge of networking concepts Experience with Postgres and in-memory databases To apply: https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/remotely-works-devops
