Recruiter (Remote)

Scrunch, a venture-backed AI-first startup, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across its Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, and Engineering teams

This is a hands-on, execution-focused remote position designed for an individual adept at running end-to-end recruiting processes and consistently closing candidates in highly competitive markets

You will partner closely with hiring managers and founders, representing the Scrunch brand throughout the candidate journey

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end recruiting for both non-technical (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and technical roles, sourcing, screening, and managing pipelines for multiple open requisitions simultaneously

You will define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes, driving candidates efficiently through interview loops while maintaining accurate data in the ATS and providing regular hiring updates to stakeholders
