About this Role
Two Roads is seeking a Remote Accounting Coordinator Bookkeeper to oversee client financials and foster strong client relationships
This full-time position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and is ideal for an individual with previous remote work experience and at least 4 years of comprehensive bookkeeping or accounting experience, including full-charge bookkeeping for multiple clients
Responsibilities include managing daily accounting operations for assigned clients, performing all aspects of bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
The role involves preparing financial statements, conducting bank and credit card reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing procedures
The Accounting Coordinator will also be responsible for historical clean-up projects as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records
This role demands excellent organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to provide financial insights and support.
