Staff Accountant - REMOTE

E Source is seeking a Staff Accountant for a remote, full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic environment

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of accounting experience, with public accounting or experience in a PE-backed or rapidly scaling environment being a significant plus

A strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and core accounting principles is required

Key responsibilities include assisting with the month-end and year-end close processes, preparing and posting journal entries, and performing detailed account reconciliations for various balance sheet and income statement accounts

The Staff Accountant will also be involved in analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

This role provides an opportunity to contribute to process improvements, assist with audit preparations, and collaborate with other finance team members to maintain accurate and reliable financial records
