This remote Pharmacy Technician role is an integral part of ensuring superior patient care within this innovative virtual environment.
In this position, the Pharmacy Technician will apply their professional knowledge to process prescriptions ordered by Teladoc providers, playing a crucial role in the accurate and timely dispensing of medications
Key responsibilities include monitoring inbound call queues, conducting patient outreach, and prioritizing daily tasks to ensure efficient processing and escalation when necessary
The technician will also provide essential support to Teladoc Health providers, operating strictly within the established Teladoc Clinical Policies and Procedures and Clinical Practice Guidelines
The ability to adapt to various shifts is required to ensure comprehensive coverage and patient support.

Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and prescription processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient outreach and provider support.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high-speed internet.
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and electronic health records.
- Ability to adapt to various shift schedules.
