LTC Ally is seeking a Remote experienced Account Specialist with a strong background in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) to join their team
This role is ideal for current or former Business Office Managers
The Account Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and account maintenance while maintaining professional and compassionate communication with residents, families, and facility staff
Key Responsibilities include maintaining daily communication with residents, families, and facility staff regarding account status, billing, and payment inquiries
Qualifications require a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) business office, prior experience as a Business Office Manager or in a similar financial/administrative role, proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC), strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay billing processes, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A compassionate and professional demeanor is essential when interacting with residents and families.
