Requirements
- Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or obtainable before training).
- Active PTCB or ExCPT certification (must provide before interview).
- Reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI.
- 2 to 4 years of customer service, supply chain, or call center experience (U.S.-based).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) required; Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
