Virtual Pharmacist Ltd is seeking experienced Clinical Pharmacists to join their national contractor network, supporting GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) remotely across the UK

This flexible, self-employed role is ideal for pharmacists with proven GP practice experience, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality clinical services from home

Responsibilities include conducting Structured Medication Reviews, reviewing acute prescription requests, processing hospital discharge and outpatient letters, and supporting long-term condition management

You will triage clinical queries and contribute to wider medicines optimization tasks as part of established multidisciplinary teams
