About this Role

Haley's Cleaning Services is seeking a Virtual Office Manager to take ownership of our back-office systems, payroll, and administrative workflows

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys organization and accountability, and wants to grow into a leadership position over time

The Virtual Office Manager is a back-office–focused role responsible for keeping internal systems organized, payroll accurate, and operations running smoothly

This position involves light customer interaction when needed, and occasional phone coverage as a backup

Key Responsibilities include managing internal email communication, attending and presenting KPIs at weekly office meetings, tracking company tasks, deadlines, and recurring admin workflows, maintaining organized digital files, managing weekly payroll processes, preparing and finalizing payroll reports, and tracking payroll-related KPIs

This role requires excellent organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
