Payroll Manager

NetBrain Technologies Inc. is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to support its growing organization

This role involves owning the end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state U.S. and international payroll, specifically including Canada, the UK, and Germany, primarily for an exempt workforce

The Payroll Manager will take full accountability for the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national regulations

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison with external payroll vendors, proactively managing relationships, and ensuring service delivery and issue resolution

The manager will review, validate, and reconcile payroll inputs and outputs, serving as a direct point of contact for employees regarding payroll questions and issues

This position requires proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, an in-depth knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations across multiple U.S. states and countries, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
