Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) - REMOTE - Compact License

EK Health Services Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) to join their Case Management Team

This fully remote position is open to Registered Nurses holding a compact license, with a preference for candidates in Texas

The role is pivotal in assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating service options for injured individuals, many of whom have industrially acquired injuries

The Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will be responsible for preparing comprehensive notes after discussions with injured workers, medical providers, claims examiners, and employers

Key duties include developing and implementing individualized care plans, arranging for necessary care/services such as home care, procedures, medications, equipment, or supplies, and utilizing motivational interviewing techniques to engage patients

This position requires strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills, excellent communication, and comfort working in a remote setting

The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM local time.
