Outpatient Medical Coder

Shearwater Health CPO is seeking an Outpatient Medical Coder to join their team in the Philippines

This full-time role requires either an active PRC Nursing License or a Non-Medical Allied background with CPC acceptance for select programs

Candidates must possess an active Certified Professional Coder (CPC) license or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) license, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Outpatient, Emergency Department, Same-Day-Surgery, and Observation Coding

Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential

The position currently offers a temporary work-from-home setup, with a potential to transition to an onsite role in Taguig, Cebu, Pampanga, or Davao
