Pharmacy Resolution Specialist

Centene Corporation is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Resolution Specialist for a full-time, remote position

This role is a critical part of the Clinical & Care Management team, focusing on supporting the healthcare needs of Centene's 28 million members

The specialist will primarily make outbound calls and accurately enter pharmacy overrides into systems, strictly adhering to approved guidelines and approvals provided by clinical pharmacists

Additional responsibilities include assisting with audit preparation as needed, contributing to a seamless and efficient pharmacy claims process

This position offers a flexible approach to work with remote schedules, reflecting Centene's commitment to workplace flexibility

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role

Prior pharmacy experience is strongly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of pharmacy operations and terminology

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently to ensure timely and professional resolution of pharmacy-related inquiries and issues
