About this Role
This is a permanent, full-time Claims Field Consultant position with Lloyds Banking Group, located fully remotely within the UK
The role involves managing a portfolio of claims up to £50,000, delivering excellent customer outcomes, outstanding technical claims management, and effective cost control
You will support customers through remote claims management and occasional home visits, providing face-to-face support when needed
Candidates should have general insurance claims experience with detailed knowledge of insurance policies and claim handling philosophies, excellent knowledge of building construction techniques, common causes of building failure/defects, and required repairs
Awareness of Health and Safety requirements for site work is also essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to support customers and deliver decisions with compassion across various media
The company offers a generous pension contribution of up to 15%, an annual performance-related bonus, share schemes, and 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
Original salary in GBP: £59,850 to £73,150 per year.
