As an Enterprise Account Manager within our Core Diagnostics Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and expansion of our diagnostic solutions within large, complex strategic accounts across the Southeast region.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive profitable revenue

You will be responsible for establishing and building strong, senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives, leveraging these connections to drive new sales and protect existing business

This role demands a deep understanding of customer business objectives, strategies, and requirements, enabling you to identify and propose innovative solutions that meet their unique needs

You will manage detailed account planning, sales forecasting, and complex contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative selling with B2B businesses
  • Proven track record of developing and selling customized solutions to C-suite executives in healthcare
  • Deep understanding of the diagnostics industry
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze key financial performance indicators
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
