As an AI-First Talent Partner at Nascent, you will be at the forefront of shaping the company's team operations and talent acquisition strategies, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and automation to build scalable, high-impact talent workflows
This fully remote role involves owning full-cycle hiring across investing, engineering, and platform teams, partnering closely with people leaders to define success, design precise sourcing strategies, and execute efficient, high-signal recruitment processes
Beyond traditional hiring, you will contribute to evolving how Nascent attracts, assesses, and onboards exceptional individuals, ensuring rapid ramp-up and peak performance
The ideal candidate possesses 5-10 years of experience, demonstrating comfort in navigating both Talent and People Operations, with a strong ability to move from strategy to execution quickly
You should be highly proficient in digital tools, including AI and Large Language Models, to address complex operational challenges
