Pharmacy Technician Care Advocate (MTM & Adherence)

Centene Pharmacy Services is hiring a remote Pharmacy Technician Care Advocate specializing in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and adherence programs

This full-time position, available for candidates in Maine and potentially other remote locations, is instrumental in supporting the clinical team's efforts to enhance patient outcomes

The Care Advocate will actively contribute to medication therapy management initiatives and adherence programs, working to improve members' understanding and compliance with their prescribed medication regimens

Responsibilities include supporting medication reconciliation, answering patient questions related to their prescriptions and adherence, and documenting interventions

The role requires proactive communication with members to address potential barriers to adherence and ensure they receive optimal pharmaceutical care

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and possess 0-1 year of experience in pharmacy operations, managed care, hospitals, or retail environments
