About this Role
KARL LAGERFELD is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a 12-month contract with remote working arrangements, based in Amsterdam but covering EMEA payroll processes across 11 European countries, with a main focus on Spain
This role involves managing the complete payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution of payroll, and compliance with country-specific government regulations
The specialist will be the main point of contact for international employees and third parties regarding payroll queries and issues
Responsibilities include maintaining and updating payroll data across systems, partnering with the Finance department for audits, tax calculations, and month-end/year-end closing
The role also supports the HR team with analyses and reports, and contributes to the creation and implementation of payroll policies and processes
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration in an international environment, excellent knowledge of Excel, and proficiency in English
ADP experience (Celergo and Lyric) is a plus.
