Virtual Bookkeeper

BELAY is seeking qualified Virtual Bookkeepers to provide comprehensive bookkeeping services to their diverse clientele

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role, offering the flexibility to work remotely from your home office

Key responsibilities include paying client bills weekly, performing bank statement reconciliations, managing budgets and cash flow, conducting journal and data entry (coding), and providing weekly and monthly financial reports to clients

Candidates must be responsive, customer-focused, excellent communicators, and adept at multitasking

Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential

While hours are flexible, availability during normal business hours is required, and it may take 6-9 months to build up to full-time client hours
