Remote Property Manager

Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Property Manager to join their fast-growing team

This full-time position involves overseeing a portfolio of 150–175 residential properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condos, primarily located in Baltimore, Maryland

This is a client-facing, customer service-driven role that does not involve managing staff, focusing instead on being the primary point of contact for both tenants and property owners

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations for the assigned portfolio, ensuring smooth processes and prompt issue resolution

The role requires effective communication with tenants, property owners, contractors, and internal teams, along with timely responses to emails, voicemails, and service requests

The successful candidate will manage work orders efficiently within AppFolio, coordinating repairs with both in-house technicians and third-party vendors

Additional duties involve approving maintenance invoices, ensuring service completion, and maintaining low tenant delinquency while adhering to owner budgets

The Property Manager will also oversee the 'turn process' for vacant units, including cleaning and maintenance, ensure compliance with local property codes and certifications, and handle lease renewals, move-outs, and security deposit reimbursements
