Leasing Agent

A full-time remote Leasing Agent is being sought to manage the leasing process for a portfolio of properties

This role is customer-service oriented, focusing on building revenue by engaging with prospective tenants and helping them find suitable homes

Responsibilities include promptly responding to inquiries from potential tenants via email, messaging systems, and phone

The agent will be responsible for posting and updating property listings, engaging in virtual tours, processing applications, and coordinating lease agreements

Key duties also involve nurturing prospects, showing properties (virtually or coordinating in-person if needed), and playing an essential part in helping renters

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, customer service, and marketing skills
