Pharmacy Tech Clinical/MTM (Bilingual Needed) MST/PST

Molina Healthcare is actively seeking five dedicated Pharmacy Technicians for a 100% remote Clinical/Medication Therapy Management (MTM) role

This position primarily supports pharmacy MTM activities, contributing significantly to Molina's overarching pharmacy strategy

The goal is to ensure member access to medically necessary prescription drugs, optimize medication-related healthcare outcomes, and provide quality, cost-effective member care

Key responsibilities include collaborating with pharmacists on medication adherence initiatives and conducting follow-up on identified adherence barriers

Qualified candidates must possess above-average computer skills, demonstrating the ability to seamlessly switch between multiple screens and learn new software applications quickly

Proficiency in Excel is highly valued

A valid, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Certification is mandatory

Bilingual skills are highly preferred, with a particular demand for Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Arabic speakers to better serve Molina's diverse member population

The schedule for these full-time roles is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Mountain Standard Time
