Salaried Talent Acquisition Partner - West Region

Aramark is hiring a Salaried Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions within its Corrections line of business in the West Region

This is a fully remote position, though it requires up to 30% travel, and candidates must reside within the Mountain or Pacific time zones

Responsibilities include actively recruiting and evaluating external candidates using diverse sourcing techniques and channels, including social media and college relations

You will be instrumental in engaging candidates and internal partners throughout the recruiting and selection processes, implementing national talent management strategies for existing vacancies, and pipelining candidates for future business needs

A key aspect of the role involves coaching and advising internal client groups to influence decision-making and action

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full life cycle, high-volume corporate or agency recruitment experience, a Bachelor's degree (or related experience), and proven creative sourcing and pipelining skills
