Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician

This full-time remote position at CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, involves acting as a consultative pharmacy technician, handling inbound and outbound calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers

Responsibilities include addressing questions related to assigned areas, assisting with medication research, triaging calls to pharmacists, and proactively engaging patients in medication therapy management programs

The role focuses on ensuring medication adherence, facilitating prescription refills, and supporting new prescriptions

Candidates must reside in Arizona, Ohio, Texas, or Florida and possess an active Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license

Required schedule is Monday-Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm EST, with availability for every 3rd Saturday (10:00am-6:30pm EST), including a day off during the week

A $1,500 hiring sign-on bonus is offered to external candidates.
