Team Coach (Scrum Master)

Comcast Advertising is seeking a dynamic Team Coach (Scrum Master) to facilitate the successful, on-time, and high-quality delivery of various product development activities by expertly leading and coaching one or more delivery teams

This role is pivotal in enabling Comcast Advertising to meet its strategic objectives and continuously enhance responsiveness to rapidly changing business conditions through the ongoing application of principles and practices of multiple Agile frameworks, with a primary focus on Scrum

Core responsibilities include the meticulous planning and facilitation of all standard Agile meetings, such as backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews, and daily stand-ups

The Team Coach will also actively engage with business entities to remove obstacles, negotiate constructive working agreements, engage product owners for precise work articulation and prioritization, and contribute to the broader Agile community.
