Ardent Learning, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Contract Instructional Designer (1099) to provide expert support for dynamic learning initiatives within a fast-paced, client-facing environment

This contract role demands proficiency in designing and developing engaging instructional content using a variety of rapid authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to create effective web-based training (WBT) and other comprehensive learning solutions

A strong understanding of emerging learning technologies, rapid prototyping, and scalable design approaches is highly valued
