As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will act as a Member Engagement Coordinator, contacting members of various Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans by phone

Your primary responsibility will be to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluation

You will work diligently to meet department productivity, quality, and customer service goals, making an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer system.

This position requires following approved scripts, ensuring members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and responding persuasively and professionally to rebuttals

You will present a positive, high-energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members
