HR Manager

Alliance for Justice (AFJ), a national association of over 130 organizations dedicated to advancing a progressive vision of justice, is seeking a remote HR Manager

This full-time position can be performed from anywhere in the contiguous United States, with occasional evening, weekend hours, and travel for events like staff retreats

The HR Manager will play a critical role in providing comprehensive human resources support, overseeing areas such as employment, wage and salary administration, benefits management, and record-keeping

Responsibilities include interviewing job applicants, preparing detailed job descriptions, calculating benefit payments, and conducting employee onboarding sessions

You will contribute to maintaining an inclusive organizational culture and share a commitment to increasing racial diversity within the movement and the organization itself
