Essential skills and experience include proven management of multiple social media platforms, a strong understanding of short-form video and content trends, comfort with platforms like YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn, active monitoring of social media trends and algorithm changes, and proactive communication

Professional English writing skills, organizational reliability, and self-direction are also required, along with experience as a Virtual Assistant or remote team member
