About this Role
Pelenti Group, a Veteran-Owned, Inc. 5000 company, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Payroll & Administrative Coordinator to support its multi-site government contracting operations
This fully remote, full-time position focuses on ADP payroll processing, timesheet administration, and workforce/admin coordination across multiple job sites
Key responsibilities include processing payroll accurately and on time using ADP, reviewing and cleaning up employee timesheets, and tracking overtime, holiday pay, PTO, and shift differentials
The coordinator will also answer employee payroll/timekeeping questions via phone/email, follow up with site supervisors, and assist with contract-related administrative deliverables and reporting
Familiarity with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and related benefits is strongly preferred
Candidates should have 7+ years of payroll administration experience, strong experience with ADP payroll, and multi-site payroll/timekeeping experience.
