Telephonic Occupational Health Nurse

CareOnSite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Telephonic Occupational Health Nurse for an excellent full-time remote opportunity

This role offers full-time day shift hours with rotating weekends and holidays

The Telephonic Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for answering inbound calls through a telephonic triage line, providing prompt and efficient service to patients

Key duties include assessing caller's issues by asking relevant and open-ended questions to gather necessary information, and utilizing strong clinical judgment to guide conversations and provide appropriate recommendations for patient care

The nurse will also consult with Telephonic Providers when necessary to facilitate appropriate patient care, educate callers on immediate care, advice, and preventive behaviors, and handle caller complaints with discretion and independent judgment

This position requires a strong focus on patient care and effective communication in a remote setting.
