This full-time remote position with Chubb is for a Workers' Compensation Telephonic Nurse Case Manager
The core responsibility is to evaluate and expedite appropriate, cost-effective medical treatment for injured employees, focusing on optimal medical improvement and proactive early return to work coordination
The role requires close collaboration with claims and medical teams to achieve individual case and department goals
Key duties include completing initial assessment reports, developing case management plans, establishing disability duration timeframes, and critically assessing medical records against evidence-based treatment guidelines
The nurse will communicate findings and recommendations to adjusters, actively participate in action plan execution, and develop return-to-work plans collaboratively with all stakeholders
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently
A Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing is required, with a BSN and CCM certification preferred.
