As a Remote Administrative Typist, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations by accurately typing and organizing various documents and reports
Your work will ensure that the team remains efficient and clients receive the highest level of service
Responsibilities include accurately typing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence, organizing and maintaining digital files and records, assisting with data entry and database management, supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed, communicating effectively with team members and clients, ensuring all documents are completed and submitted on time, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and participating in team meetings
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic typing skills with a focus on accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage time effectively, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Prior administrative experience is a plus.
