Comcast is seeking a Recruiter 2 to join their dynamic Human Resources team

In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for partnering with management to facilitate candidate selections and develop offers of employment, aligning with the department's overall recruitment strategies

Key responsibilities include coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process, such as designing job requisitions, sourcing, screening candidates, conducting pre-employment checks, and ensuring compliance

You will evaluate employment applications, conduct interviews, and refer qualified candidates for further consideration

A crucial part of this role involves utilizing feedback from hiring departments to gain a deep understanding of departmental culture and specific position requirements

You will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with various external entities, including businesses, government agencies, community services, colleges, and employment firms
